We understand that YOU SPEND 1/3 OF YOUR LIFE IN YOUR BEDROOM - sleeping, watching television, relaxing, reading and doing work. When you have the high quality Air Beds Basista Furniture carries, we can easily offer our customers with confidence a 30-Night Trial Guarantee. Our policy is as follows: If after 20 nights and no more than 30 nights if you are not completely satisfied with your Air Bed, you may return it, less all shipping charges, for a full refund. Foundations and CA Compliant Air Beds are not covered in the 30-Night Trial Guarantee.

In order to return the Air Bed a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be issued. No merchandise will be accepted without an RA #. Also, no C.O.D Return Shipments Will Be Accepted! All merchandise must be in original condition, unsoiled and packed in original cartons and packaging, with all tags and labels in place. This Merchandise must be returned to our warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio.

Refunds will be issued to you by the original method you paid it, within approximately 10 Business Days. Warranty:
All of our Air Beds have a 20 Year Ltd. Warranty, against any defects in workmanship or materials. Remember a warranty is only as good as the company that backs it! All of our Air Bed components have the following factory warranty: Should there be a defect that requires service during the first 2 Years, Basista Furniture will repair or replace (at Basista's option) the product or component at no charge to the owner. If service is required from a defect after 2 years and up to 20 years, Basista Furniture will replace or repair (at Basista's option) at a pro rata charge based on the number of years in use, length of warranty and current cost of component replacement. What will void this warranty? The sale or transfer of the warranted product, misuse or abuse of warranted product. Limitations: Basista Furniture reserves the right not to repair or replace any product or component if it is returned in unsanitary condition. Basista Furniture reserves the right to substitute material of equal or greater value. Basista Furniture reserves the right not to repair or replace a product or component that has been judged as normal wear and tear. It is the customers responsibility to ship any defective items to Basista in Cleveland, Ohio at customer's expense. Basista will pay for shipping charges back to the customer's home after the repair or replacement is made. What is not covered: Damage from misuse or abuse of the warranted product or any Acts of God, such as flood or water damage.
